At London Vestige, we want you to be completely satisfied with your summer wardrobe. If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@londonvestige.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Return Shipping: If the product is not damaged and the correct item was sent, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.

  • Shipping Method: For your protection, we recommend using Royal Mail Signed For or a similar tracked service to ensure the safe arrival of your return at our fulfilment centre.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@londonvestige.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, London Vestige will be responsible for the return shipping costs to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Sale items or gift cards (these are final sale).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
